The institute is owned and run by Antje Heimsoeth.

Its prime area of focus is in consultancy, training and coaching specifically designed for companies, teams and individual persons.

The offer as well as the content and trainer team undergo constant further development. The seminar concepts, therefore, do not consist exclusively of a classical, well tried and tested nature. They also always contain innovative elements and integrate the latest knowledge gained from the fields of communication psychology, sports psychology, emotional psychology and brain research etc.

Antje Heimsoeth is a member of the Deutscher Verband für Neuro-Linguistisches Programmieren e.V. (DVNLP, German Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming) and is very involved in the regional group in Bavaria as well as being speaker for the DVNLP sports group. Furthermore she is a member of nlpaed, the German Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Education and Training.

The Sport- & BusinessNLPAcademy is a member of the European Coaching Association e.V. and works according to its guidelines, principles and quality standards. The further training courses offered by the institute are conducted in accordance with the licensing criteria of the European Coaching Association e.V. The SportNLPAcademy is a teaching institute (ECA) and Antje Heimsoeth is a master coach and master trainer (ECA). On completion of further training courses run by the member, persons who otherwise fulfil the licensing criteria may be licensed by the European Coaching Association e.V.

Antje Heimsoeth is fully recognised as a professional member of the German Speakers Association (GSA).

Furthermore, she belongs to the selected pool of the “Top 100 Excellent Trainers”.
